Do you give free estimates?

Yes!

How long does it take to get an estimate?

Estimates are done at the time we meet with the Home owner. The customer will be given their cost for labor and an estimate of the materials needed.

Do you upcharge the materials used in the project?

NO, you only pay our cost of materials.

Do you buy the materials or does the Home Owner?

Normally we will pick up and deliver all materials as needed every day, but the home owner has the option to provide their own materials if they choose.

Do you use sub-contractors?

No, our Master Craftsmen work full time for Custom Works and many have been working here 15 to 20 years.

How long have you been in business?

30+ years!

Do you provide references?

Yes!

Do you have liability insurance?

Yes!

Do you have your Kansas Contractors and Missouri Conctractors Licensing?

Yes! Both states!

How long does the average remodeling project take?

Once the estimate is complete we know the approximate time to complete the project.
